There are lots of exciting things going on at Water Nippers that we wanted to share with both our existing and future customers. We are sure all our little swimmers who learn under the capable watch of our experienced teacher Adrian, at the Wimbledon Hydro Pool or Trinity Hydro Pool, will want to congratulate him on passing his most recent Level 2 ASA qualification. We love that our teachers are constantly striving to improve and learn more so that they can use their new knowledge to help their classes. Well done Adrian, we are very proud of you!
We also have a new teacher Sarah, on Tuesdays and Fridays at Wimbledon. Sarah has nearly 20 years teaching experience and is looking forward to meeting more of you. We would like to welcome her to the Water Nippers team, we know that she will be a valued member.
In the office, we are having a bit of a makeover with a fresh paint job, a much needed declutter and new desks, to encourage our staff, and promote a happy and healthy working environment. The number of classes we run has grown over the years and we now have a huge number of children learning to swim with us. We felt it was time we upgraded to a more efficient database to help us manage the increased number of children. The new database is now fully up and running and we are sure this will make life easier for us all. We are very excited about this change, but at present we are all learning how it works and how it can help us, so please bear with us over the next month or so. The new database will make the process of booking, and paying for lessons much quicker. You can pay online and will receive a receipt automatically or you can pay via BACSs or by card (by calling the office). Once your payment has cleared the database will issue you a receipt so there will be no confusion over whether your swimming lessons have been paid for.
We want to thank you for all your support, we feel very privileged that you have chosen Water Nippers to teach your little ones to swim, a life skill that we feel every child needs, to make them safe in and around water.
